FALKLANDS PILGRIMAGE CONCERT
What a great
day for all!
This was an
excellent weekend that saw a great event on the Saturday
which was well organised and with some top names
performing, all thanks to one man's hard work Smokey Cole,
Oh yes sorry and of course Jim and all the bands who all
gave their time for free.
The highlight for all being the nine o'clock watershed
(did anyone notice it started at around 3pm?) when Jim
provided his well known Adult no holds barred hour. The
theme being the Forces, this saw a few in the crowd (all
of us that is, and not forgetting Denzil) the target for
his humour, and didn't it go down well.
The event
catered for all with Bouncy Castles for the children, and
a few who are still to grow up, that kept them amused
throughout the day and evening.
The singers and bands performed throughout giving a once
in a lifetime experience for those who attended.
Not forgetting the long wait for the Red Devils to gain enough
height to get out of their plane, but it was worth the
wait.
